Jared Goodrich

I've been a part of Robertson County since I started attending East Robertson School in 3rd grade. Both of my parents worked within the county for decades. I received my high school diploma from East Robertson High, worked as a substitute for the county for two years, and have taught in the county for my entire professional life.

I attended both Vanderbilt and Western Kentucky University, receiving my bachelor's in Elementary Education from the latter. While I had originally planned to be an elementary teacher (and was for two years in 5th grade), I could not pass up the challenge of teaching math, as did my father and his father before him. I love doing math, I love teaching math, and I am grateful that I've been granted the opportunity to do both.
